Our Experience

Sigma Planning Group, Inc., is built around over 45 years of combined military and facility planning and management experience at Army, Theater, Major Command and Installation level.

Through their diverse experiences they have developed a thorough hands-on understanding of the Army’s automated planning support systems including RPLANS, FPS, ACTS and the ISR. They also have detailed knowledge of military organizations, operations, missions and equipment and how they impact facility allowances and requirements.

Over the years they have had the opportunity to work with government planning and real property professionals from virtually every major Army installation. During that time they have visited almost every major troop installation in the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Japan and Europe.

Their first-hand contact with installations is augmented by regular contact with the engineer staffs of virtually all of the Army's major commands including AMC, FORSCOM, TRADOC, USAREUR, USARPAC and EUSA, as well as with planning and real property professionals in HQDA,the Corps of Engineers and its districts and centers, and the Army Training Support Center.  More recently they have worked in support of the installation management agency (IMA), the Northeast Region (NERO) and the Pacific Region (PARO).

This combined experience gives them unique insight into the different needs of organizations at different levels in dealing with facilities requirements issues, and gives them a perspective that embraces the viewpoints of the respective organizational levels.
