April 9, 2010: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Master Planning Professional Training and Development Program received the Outstanding Federal Planning Program award at the Federal Planners Division Training Workshop in New Orleans. The award was accepted by Edmond Gauvreau, Jerry Zekert, Andrea Kuhn and Lindy Wolner of Headquarters, USACE; Mark Gillem, Jill Schreifer and Amanda Rea of Urban Collaborative; and Dwight Luedtke of Sigma Planning Group.

November 1, 2009: Sigma received task orders from The Urban Collaborative under their USACE Fort Worth IDIQ to conduct TAB update & maintenance at Ft. Polk and prepare major unit lash-up to support master plan at Ft. Sill.
October 15, 2009: Dewberry Davis Inc., of Fairfax, VA awards contract to Sigma to conduct TAB updates and real property database updates at White Sands Missile Range, NM to support preparation for Capital Investment Strategy (CIS).
October 14, 2009: The Urban Collaborative has received award of an IDIQ contract from the US Army Corps of Engineers Fort Worth District for Planning and Military Programming Support for the Southwestern Division. Sigma is pleased to be teamed with Urban Collaborative to provide Army facilities criteria expertise and planning support.
September 30, 2009: Sigma receives contract from Lindbergh & Associates to conduct facility requirements analysis in support of Installation Industrial Operation Center (IIOC) master plan for South Ft. Drum.
September 6, 2009: Michael Baker Corp. awards contract to Sigma to conduct facility requirements analysis in support of IFS updates at Fort Irwin, CA.
August 14, 2009: contract awarded to Sigma by AECOM for continuing support of the US Army Corps of Engineers Command & Control Facilities (C2F) Standard Design for USARPAC HQ.
March 17, 2009: Sigma awarded contract from US Army Corps of Engineers HQ to update the Master Planning Applied Skills (MPAS) & Real Property Master Planning (RPMP) Courses and conduct training at multiple locations.
March 6, 2009: Sigma selected by PBS&J to conduct facility requirements analysis and planning charrette support for Joint Task Force East. Joint Task Force- East is an ongoing commitment by U.S. European Command and U.S. Army Europe to train and build mutual capabilities with our partner nations.
October, 2008, Space Utilization Survey, USAF National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH : Sigma Planning Group will be conducting a facilities survey and space utilization analysis for NASIC facilities at WPAFB under contract with LMI Government Consulting. Work will include assessment of facilities current state against Federal and DoD and industry best standards for space utilization.
August 30, 2007, Sigma awarded contract to perform TAB Updates for IMCOM Europe : Sigma Planning Group, Inc. was awarded a contract to provide Installation Real Property Master Planning support to US Army IMCOM EUROPE at multiple locations including Ansbach, Chievres, Illesheim, Schinnen, Wiesbaden, Brussels, Kaiserslautern, Vicenza, and Livorno. Primary tasks include early unit/organization identification, unit-level analysis using the Army’s suite of automated facility planning systems (RPLANS, FPS, IFS, ASIP), unit interviews, identification of unit-unique deviations from standard designs, and application of Army criteria. The contract was awarded via US Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia.
September 2007, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Basic Facilities Requirements Analysis: Sigma is supporting WJA Design Collaborative of Seattle, Washington in developing requirements documents as justification for DD 1391s. The shipyard plans to expand / modify or perform new construction for administrative and training facilities at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Sigma analyzes source data for manning criteria using Total Force Manpower Mgmt Sys (TFMMS), conducts tenant interviews, and delivers requirements documents. This contract is managed by NAVFAC Pacific.
